Run run run around.......


Yep..... Thursday night I ran around the track and even did stairs! My track workout consisted of 1 mile warm-up and 1/4 mile repeats. I threw in 15 x 3 sets of steps for a little more of a challenge. Cool-down was 1/4 mile and some drills. This is gonna take a while to get some speed back!
