Well.... I've started back this week with some easy running and cycling. I really am not in a huge hurry to jump back in the pool just yet, but I'll warm-up to the idea soon I'm sure. Physically I feel great, but I don't have any "power". All normal I suppose.... as it's only been 2 1/2 weeks since Ironman. Hopefully the rest I'm taking now will pay off later. I'm actually excited about doing some speedwork and working on my running. Should be able to start with that in a week or so.
Last night I ran on trails for nearly an hour with some friends. I'm looking forward to more trail running too!
